By and large, it was extremely convenient place with very attentive staff in the night shift.

Had the suite and it was well-maintained on higher floors.

My room had pretty bad view.

I didn't like the way they deal with the customers. I had some issue with the swimming pool !!!

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children (aged 14, 14 and 12) and we really appreciated the close proximity to the Dubai Mall, as we were only in town for two nights on a stopover on the way home to Australia. We originally booked this hotel because there was a special discount of 50%. The unit we stayed in was excellent, the service wonderful and the personnel always friendly and obliging. We would definitely stay there again if this discounted rate was available again, in fact we are looking into our plans for next years vacation as two days in Dubai is nowhere near enough. Very central location right by many resturants, anywhere in Dubai and the Metro rail station which made transport into the Malls, it was in a great area. Trade Centre district was worth exploring.

I have stayed at Chelsea a few times now and I like it because the apartments are clean, spacious and nicely furnished. They have everything that we need for a comfortable stay.

We arrived early in the afternoon of 23rd June and were told we would have to wait until 2pm to checkin - this is normal so we didn't grumble and they brought us tea while we waited - which was very thoughtful. However at 2pm we were told we would have to wait for a further half hour. As we had just driven up from Muscat (over four hours on the road) we were tired and hungry so we had to go out for lunch in our travelling clothes and could only get to our room after that. A pile of dirty dishes was kept in the corridor near our room for 24 hours. They were there when we arrived at the room and next morning I told reception to move them, they were still there at lunch time and I had to tell reception again to get them moved. They did it the second time. These two incidents make me feel that standards and efficiency are slipping a bit at Chelsea.

Big dimension of the room and quite of the hote. As well position, for my puprose, was perfect.

Price was extremely high because I was travelling alone for business. It became resonable if you're traveling with more people. Same rate diveded more people

A Cozy Sanctuary in the City

I enjoyed a fantastic week in a Two-Bedroom Suite with Balcony, perfect for my group. The staff treated us like family, always cute us with warm smiles. Don't miss the dining options right on site.

The service was amazing and the food was outstanding. The room was functional and modern in good condition and the staff was outstandingly accommodating! Loved our very good breakfast and the garden. Location: the hotel was really close to Burj Khalifa and the sea, cafes and even a co-op behind the apartments, and the Metro rail station which made transport into the Malls and places of interest.

We all are young professionals, We booked ourselves into a 3-bed apartment. The stay was very comfortable. 5 Star to the location. higher the floor better the view. Enjoyed the Rolex tower lights from our living room and the Burj - Khalifa Lights every evening. Worth the money, Good house keeping and room service very quick and efficient. We left Dubai with some real good memories!! :-)
